Candidates must:i. Possess MBBS or its equivalent from a recognized University.
ii. Be duly registered with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
iii. Have at least fifteen (15) years of relevant post qualification working experience most of which must be in University Health Services.
iv. Have served as Deputy Director, medical services for a minimum period of five (5) years in a University.
Possess Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Community Health and Family or General Medicine and proficiency in ICT will be added advantage.
