ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION
(i) Candidates who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashl-Uku as First or Second Choice and scored 150 and above in the 2017 UTME.
(ii) Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku but now wish to be considered for admission and scored 150 and above in the 2017 UTME.
(iii) Only candidates who sat for the 2017 UTME are eligible to apply.
(iv) Candidates must possess at least FIVE (5) Credit passes in SSCE (WAEC & NECO),
GCE O/L, NABTEB or its equivalent in relevant subjects including English Language & Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
(a) Log on to https://dspg.waeup.org/applicants/ndft2017 and click Register For Application, fill In the requested information and submit to obtain your application ID.
(b) Pay a non-refundable application fee of Five thousand Naira (5,000.00) only made Online with Verve or Master card (ATM Card). (The cost covers honoraria for centre facilitation, logistics for producing screening materials and security).
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL ND CANDIDATES
All candidates who succeed in gaining admission into the Polytechnic shall be required to submit the following documents to the Admissions Officer.
(a) Five (5) copies of recent Passport Photograph
(b) Two (2) copies of correctly completed Online Application Form.
(c) Photocopy of Receipt of Acceptance of ND Application.
(d) Photocopy of Examination results (SSCE) or their equivalents listed on the Application form.
(e) Photocopy of Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin.
(f) Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
