    I HAVE APPLIED FOR JAMB REGULARIZATION NUMBER BUT YET TO RECEIVE THE NUMBER, CAN I STILL GO TO THE BANK AND BUY THE PIN IF NOT PLEASE PROVIDE ME A CLEAR INFORMATION ABOUT THIS
