Nigerian Law School Aug/Sept Bar Final Exam Performance Statistics Out

The Council of Legal Education has released the result of the Nigerian Law School Bar Final Examinations conducted in August/September 2016 as follows:

1. GENERAL_PERFORMANCE

(a) Total number of students who participated at the examinations: 5,517.
(b) Total number of successful candidates: 4,178.
(c) Total number of candidates with conditional pass: 359.
(d) Total number of candidates who failed: 980. 

2. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

24 Candidates were graded in First Class. Abuja and Lagos Campuses recorded 8 each, Yola Campus 4, Kano Campus 3 and Yenagoa Campus 1. 

OTHERS:

(a) Candidates graded in Second Class Upper: 568.
(b) Candidates graded in Second Class Lower: 1,359.
(c) Candidates in Pass: 2,227.
(d) Candidates with Conditional Pass: 359. 
The above translates in percentages as follows: 
Pass Conditional Pass Fail 

3. CALL TO THE  BAR CEREMONIES:

75.7%. 6.5%. 17.8%. 
The Call to the Bar Ceremonies for the successful candidates will hold on November 29 and 30 2016 in Abuja. Further details will be given in due course please.
