The National Universities Commission commenced recruitment process nationwide 3rd week of July 2016 and the deadline for application is September 7th, 2016. Interested applicants are advised to apply before the closing date.
The National Universities Commission was established in 1962 as an advisory agency in the Cabinet Office. However in 1974, it became a statutory body and the first Executive Secretary, in the person of Prof. Jibril Aminu was then appointed.
The National Universities Commission (NUC) is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Education (FME). The Commission has a Governing Council, its Executive Secretary is Prof. Julius A. Okojie, who assumed office on August 3, 2006.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions: Graduate Arts and Humanities Staff, Graduate ICT Staff, Graduate Administration Staff, Graduate Environmental Staff, Graduate Social and Management Science Staff, Graduate Engineering Staff.
