UI 2016/2017 Medical Screening Exercise For Newly Admitted Students

The Management Of University Of Ibadan wishes to inform all newly admitted students of the institution that the Medical Screening Exercise Guidelines has been released for the 2016/2017 Session.


Kindly Note: 
Candidates are to note that this form is different from the one you have previously filled on the university website and is the only form going to be use for the 2016/2017 student medical screening.
You are not expected to print this form or any form online. Your medical screening exercise would be done electronically.
The Medical Screening Exercise is scheduled to commence once the University Announces Resumption Date. 

However, you are expected to do the following:

1. Register and fill your medical form online at www.jajaclinic.ui.edu.ng
2. After filing your form, do your X-ray at the center designated to your faculty strictly.
3. Afterwards, do not come back to the clinic until you receive a text message and an e-mail informing you of the date you have been allocated to come for your medical screening exercise.(Kindly print and bring this e-mail) 
Please REGISTER on the JAJA Registration Portal to begin your medical screening registration

Candidates who RESIDE outside of IBADAN, *YOU DO NOT NEED to travel down for this exercise until the University has announced the resumption date.
You can REGISTER TO CREATE an ACCOUNT and fill the form. Once you resume you can begin your medical screening.
NOTE: REGISTRATION ON THE PORTAL STARTS ON Tuesday, 1/10/2017
